Destruction

Operations related to the destruction of explosive materials occur at sites far away form populated areas. We use well-trained and certified drivers together with especially equipped transport vehicles, in order to guaranty that sensitive goods and environmentally hazardous products arrive safely at our destruction sites.

At our destruction sites we can, in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, destroy illuminative flares, explosive charges and explosive products from the construction and mining industries. We also have resources for handling waste that is contaminated with explosives.

Our history starts with Bofors AB, which has for more than 100 years developed and produced explosives and ammunition in calibres from 20 mm to 155 mm that have all been tested and verified at Bofors Test Center. Thus, we also have considerable experience and know-how with regard to the handling of explosives, ammunition and hazardous goods intended for destruction.
